Early-bird Registration Period: December 1, 2025(12:00, JST) to February 10, 2026 (17:00, JST)

Please kindly note that registration fees are nonrefundable.


Submission Period: December 1, 2025 (12:00, JST) to January 13, 2026 (17:00, JST)

You will not be able to submit, edit your registered information, nor withdraw your presentation after the submission deadline.
