Please kindly note that registration fees are nonrefundable.


Submission Period: December 1, 2025 (12:00, JST) to January 13, 2026 (17:00, JST)

You will not be able to submit, edit your registered information, nor withdraw your presentation after the submission deadline.

Abstract Submission and Registration are conducted via the member management system (SMOOSY).

Confit to SMOOSY

  1. Click the membership type that applies to you.here

  2. Create an A-Pass account in the member management system (SMOOSY).

  3. Log in to SMOOSY with the A-Pass account you created.

  4. After logging in, proceed to the "Abstract Submission and Registration Site" (Confit) via the link on the screen, and complete your abstract submission and registration.
